FAQ's
Delivery or Pickup?
Yes we allow customers to pick up and drop off units. There is no charge for this, however you are expected to return the unit clean (not covered in dirt, grass, remnants of water balloons, debris or sticky substances) if the unit is not clean when re-inflated after drop off, you will be charged a cleaning fee after the rental.
Units are rented with a 12 ML heavy duty black tarp (required) and one 100' extension cord (if you need the cord). The tarp must be set up and staked down under the unit to protect from tearing. If you need more than one extension cord, or a water hose, we can provide them for a small fee. We will provide multiple tarps for larger units that require more than one. All tarps, cords, bags, straps, and water hoses are also expected to be returned in the condition they were rented; if any of these items are lost or damaged there will be an additional charge.
Delivery fees are paid directly to our set up crew by us. Meaning the crew is covering their own gasoline, vehicle wear and tear, their time, etc. The charge for delivery and pickup is calculated at check out up to 60 miles. After 60 miles you will need to call us directly to make arrangements before booking. Average price for delivery and pickup is $50 for anything within aprox. 20 miles of our office, and $2.50 per mile after that.
Pickup Isn't an Option at Check Out?
We are still trying to fix this with our web hosting company, so if you want to pick your unit(s) up, enter our address 4617 US HWY 90 E DeFuniak Springs, FL 32433 as the delivery address. Even if the website generates a delivery fee, you will not be charged for delivery and we will know you intend to pick up and drop off.
Set Up Location?
The flatter the surface the better! The tarp will protect the bottom of the unit, but it cannot protect from jagged/pointy objects. Please make sure you have an area selected that is clear of debris and as flat as possible (units cannot be set up on a hill or incline, slides become especially dangerous on an incline).
How Much Space?
If we set up the unit in a back yard, we will need a gate that is is at least 36" wide in the smallest part of the opening. Our dolly is heavy duty and extra wide because of the size and weight of the units. We will not be able to get through a 34" if we just push real hard...we will not risk the damage to our unit, or your fence. If you are not sure about your gate, call us and text some pictures. It is not fair to the delivery guys to ambush them when they arrive with a problem like this. Call us and we will do everything we can to help find a solution that is workable.
The size of each unit is listed on the SIZE tab of that unit's page. The SIZE tab will tell you the age and number of users the unit is rated for, as well as the dimensions of the unit and the overall area you will need for the blower to sit correctly, people to be able to walk around it, and the tie down straps to be properly secured. Remember the largest dimensions are the ones you should use to measure your lawn/lot.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Credit Card by phone, Venmo, Cash App, Paypal (directly and through this site), Checks (with prior approval, please call) and good ol' fashioned Cash.
How Do I Pay?
There is a deposit option and a pay in full option at checkout. If you need anything additional (cords, hoses, generator, etc) select the deposit option and call us before you check out. We will check inventory for the items you need, and help you proceed. After you have paid the deposit we will calculate your total and you can pay the balance in cash, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card by phone.
Churches and not for profit clubs should call us before you get started booking, we will need proof of tax exemption and we can make arrangements to accept funds by check if necessary.
When is Payment Due?
Your deposit payment will hold your date, the deposit is non refundable.
You can make partial payments similar to lay a way (we understand many people are single parents and this expense may have to be sliced up over a few paychecks, we are here to facilitate everyones good times) give us a call and we can work out a way for you to get your special day.
You can pay in full at the time of booking (some parents don't want to leave anything to chance and they know they will be busy the day of the party).
Last, you can pay at the time of drop off (this will require exact cash, as the delivery guy will not be carrying change and we cannot guarantee we will have cell service in your yard to be able to take an electronic payment).
If the rental is not paid in full when the delivery guy arrives he will not leave the unit, he gets paid by the delivery and he will not wait around for hours while he has other deliveries to make.
Bounce Maintenance/Chemicals
We use Dawn Pro X, Simple Green, ZEP Purple Degreaser, Envirocide sanitizer, and heavy duty Magic Erasers. These are industry standard chemicals that do not degrade the vinyl; while still being skin contact safe. It is a very rare occurrence, but if you have a guest with severe chemical allergies you should give them this list before they decide to use the unit. (ZEP Purple Degreaser is very similar to Purple Power that many people wash their cars with.)(Envirocide is a hospital grade commercial sanitizer.)
Electricity and Water?
All bouncy, combo, slide, obstacle courses, and slip and slides have blowers. Electricity is required. If your location cannot support dedicated 15 amp power (a basic plug in) we can provide a generator for an additional fee. Please call us before you book, we have a limited number number of generators and we will need to check inventory before we commit one for your event. Generator comes with one full tank of gas.
Please check the details of the units you are considering, we try to buy only wet/dry units so that everyone has the option to go wet or dry; however some units do not come with a wet option (Freedom Bounce) and others are wet required (Little Squirt must have 12" of water in the pool for safe operation).
Electrical Safety / Weather Safety
If sustained winds reach 20 MPH the unit needs to be turned off and allowed to deflate on its own, once sustained winds are under 15 MPH it is safe to turn blower back on.
Please be aware of the location of the blower, all electrical cord, and connections. (If the unit is plugged into a GFIC outlet and two extension cord ends are laying in a puddle the breaker will trip!)
We can provide BullDog safety cone on units rented for toddler parties. We do not charge extra for these, but we have a limited number of them. Please call us before you book to make sure we can set one aside for your event. (BullDog is power sensor, you plug the extension cord and the blower into the bottom of it. When there is any interruption in power it sounds a VERY LOUD alarm, which allows parents to resolve the issue before there are toddlers in a deflating unit. While they are not required in Florida we like to keep a few on hand for younger children who cannot explain to Mom and Dad what is happening if the unit starts to deflate.)
Lawn Care
Please do not cut your grass within 2 days of the event. Fresh cut grass my be damaged by the friction of the unit and the tarp. The added stress of no sunlight for 1-2 days can cause serious damage to certain species of grass, especially manicured non native species.
Water trampolines
Water trampolines are only to be used on the water, all users should wear life vests and be supervised by an adult.
Do not transport inflated! You will be provided with an inflator/deflator unit and a power inverter that will allow you to use the inflator/deflator from a car lighter socket or your car battery. Take it to your destination un-inflated, and when you are done plug the hose into the back of the inflator, this will reverse the action and suck the air out. The unit can be returned deflated safely.
Am I Guaranteed the Unit I Selected?
Yes, most of the time. On very rare occasions a unit may have been damaged, in those cases we have to ship it to a repair facility by freight (this generally takes 3-4 weeks). We do not have very many duplicates. If this happens we will notify everyone who has a booking for this unit for the projected down time. They will be given the option of any other unit we have that is in the same size range, any larger unit if one in the same size is not available, or any 2 small bouncy units if that is more suitable to the age range of the guests (subject to available inventory at the time).
We would also like to stress that this question is exactly why you should not abuse a unit you have rented. If you damage it, it is not only the cost to you, but also the damage that will do to someone else's special day.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non refundable. If for some reason your event date is changed we will apply your deposit to a future date (we must have notice 2 weeks/14 days in advance of your booking to transfer the deposit). We make no guarantees regarding the weather, we do not own a crystal ball, most places in Florida rain for 15 minutes each and every day in the summer...and most of our units are slides, so the plan was to get wet anyway.
In the rare instance that there is a hurricane making land fall on the day of your event, we will make individual arrangements with anyone who has rented for those dates. Do not worry about contacting us if there is a mandatory evacuation in your area or ours; get your family to safety and after the dust settles we will reach out to everyone who had a reservation during that time.

Gelly Ball Safety Disclaimer
Gelly Ball being similar to paint ball and other sports involving live fire is recognized by the renter and their guests as inherently dangerous. We will provide ample protective gear for the eyes and face to participants.
We will provide an attendant for trouble shooting of equipment. While there the attendant, will reserve the right to remove a player that is willfully or repeatedly endangering others. i.e. shooting others at point blank range on purpose (under 6 feet); hitting, punching, kicking, or biting other players; older or larger players intentionally harming smaller or younger players; shooting other players not playing or waiting to re spawn; intentionally shooting at spectators or attendant; and any other unsafe or un sportsman like conduct.
The attendant, will be more than happy to explain basic gun safety at the beginning of the game for any player who is unclear on this topic.
Bathroom Trailers
We provide the RV TP, hand towels, a broom, and some lysol wipes. This is generally enough for a one day event or a wedding, if you are considering a multi day rental or a long term rental we will make servicing arrangements. We are not providing units with an attendant at this time, however in future when we acquire larger trailers this may be added as an option.
You cannot use anything other than RV toilet paper in the toilets. You cannot flush Tampons under any circumstances. If you are in doubt, put it in the trash can, each stall has one.
The trailer requires relatively level ground to set up, and cannot be moved from where we set it up. Dedicated power, 15 or 20 amp and dedicated water (there is a holding tank but it need to be refilled periodically) for proper operation.

U-Haul
Yes! We are the authorized U-Haul dealer for the greater DeFuniak, Ponce De Leon, Red Bay, and Morrison Springs area. Stock inventory photos are here on our website, but U-Haul requires us to use their booking system. You will find links to UHaul.com on every item and we are more than happy to help reserve a truck/trailer for you, or check our standing inventory. We hope to be offering boxes and moving supplies as soon as we have the Ponce De Leon office up and running (est. by end of 2023). In the mean time, feel free to call or text 850-830-4636 if you need help at any stage with your U-Haul booking.

ARSE Rentals reserves the right and hereby notifies anyone posting to our social media profiles, we will copy and repost the best images and videos. In an effort to grow our business and advertise we will use any pictures and videos on our website, advertising in print or digital, and on new and emerging platforms. If you do not wish us to use your pictures and videos, please do not post them in a public forum. (We would much rather people see REAL people having fun with our products, not hired actors or models.)
